- Drawing, sample photo, or reference harness

- Wire gauge, wire color, wire length, branch length, and tolerance
- Sleeve, tape, conduit, heat shrink tube, label, and protection requirement
- Continuity test, pull force, visual inspection, and application-specific checks
- Packaging method, carton mark, barcode, destination market, and annual demand
Why cable harness quotes are different
Different suppliers may quote different prices because they use different connector sources, terminal material, wire gauge, labor process, testing standard, or packaging level. Always confirm that all suppliers are quoting the same specification and inspection requirements.

If you only have a physical sample, send clear photos from multiple angles and explain how the harness is used. A good manufacturer should help identify missing pinout, connector, wire length, label, and test details before sample approval.
