What automotive connector brands do you work with?
Nexharn works with Deutsch DT/DTP series, TE Connectivity AMP Superseal, Molex CMC, Sumitomo MT, and standard automotive connectors. We can also source and terminate custom or proprietary connector assemblies based on drawings or sample parts.
Can you manufacture EV charging cables?
Yes. We manufacture AC Type 1 / Type 2 charging cables and DC fast-charging cable assemblies. We also produce portable EVSE cable assemblies for home charging unit manufacturers. Specify voltage rating, current capacity, and connector standard when submitting your RFQ.
What is the temperature rating of your automotive cables?
Our standard automotive cables are rated for -40°C to +105°C operating range. Extended temperature cables rated to +125°C or +150°C are available for engine-bay applications using XLPE, FEP, or high-temperature PVC insulation materials.
Do you supply wire harnesses for aftermarket automotive programs?
Yes. We regularly supply wire harnesses and cable assemblies for aftermarket audio, alarm, camera, and telematics accessory manufacturers. Aftermarket programs typically start from 500 pcs MOQ with 4-6 week lead time from approved sample.
