Custom power cables and cordsets form the connection between your product and the power grid — and the margin for error is minimal. Nexharn Connectivity manufactures OEM power cables, country-specific cordsets, and high-current power assemblies for appliance brands, industrial equipment manufacturers, and electronics OEM customers importing to Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific markets.
Our power cable production covers mains voltage cordsets with country-specific plug standards (IEC C13/C14, Schuko CEE 7/4, BS 1363, NEMA 5-15, AS/NZS 3112), low-voltage DC power harnesses for 12 V–48 V systems, and high-current industrial power cables rated to 600 V and 250 A.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can Nexharn produce certified power cables for multiple country markets from one order?
Yes. Multi-country production runs are a common request. We produce EU (Schuko/C13), UK (BS 1363), and US (NEMA 5-15) variants from a shared cable stock order, with country-specific plugs assembled at final stage. This approach minimizes per-unit cost while meeting individual market certification requirements.
What is the MOQ for certified OEM power cables?
Standard cordset MOQ is 1,000 pieces per SKU (cable type + plug combination). For multi-country programs, the combined volume across all country variants counts toward MOQ. Custom cable lengths, colors, or connector combinations outside our standard range have an MOQ of 2,000 pieces.
How does Nexharn handle CE certification for OEM power leads?
We produce CE-certified cordsets under our own ENEC 05 license for standard cordset configurations. For OEM products that require Declaration of Conformity in the customer’s name, we provide the technical file, test reports, and a licensed trademark authorization letter for the customer to issue their own DoC. Custom cord configurations may require new type testing at an accredited EU lab.
What is the lead time for OEM power cable orders?
Standard IEC C13, Schuko, and NEMA cordsets from our certified tooling library ship in 15–25 days from order confirmation. Custom cordsets requiring new plug tooling or special cable stock have a first-run lead time of 30–45 days. Repeat orders on established tooling ship in 15–20 days.
