Quality Check and Sample Approval
Check continuity and required data/charging function, connector fit in both scanner and cradle, normal reach at the workstation, return behavior, strain relief at both ends and cable appearance after repeated operator handling. Define any cycle test and acceptance threshold before the sample is made.
