Check pinout and continuity, connector mating, coil geometry, normal extension, return behavior and routing in the actual equipment. Any endurance, temperature, chemical or ingress requirement needs a defined method and acceptance criterion; no universal cycle rating applies to every custom cable.

A manufacturer page should help a buyer judge whether a supplier can translate an application into a controlled sample and repeatable order.
